Terms of Service

The service

Chizgi helps you save notes, quotes, and vocabulary and review them over time. Features may change during private beta. We may add, change, or remove functionality with reasonable notice when practicable.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may sign up with email, Sign in with Apple, or Google where offered.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and at least 13 years old, or the higher age required locally).

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you save in Chizgi. You grant us a limited license to host, sync, and display that content solely to operate the service for you.

Do not upload content you do not have rights to, or content that is unlawful, harmful, or abusive.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Chizgi: no attempting to break security, scrape or overload our systems, reverse engineer except where allowed by law, or use the service to violate others’ rights.

Beta and availability

During private beta the service is provided “as is.” We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Data loss is unlikely but possible; keep important backups if needed.

Fees

Core features may be free. Paid plans, if introduced, will be described in the app or on the website before you purchase. Taxes may apply.

Termination

You may stop using Chizgi and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that create risk for the service or other users.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chizgi is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Learning outcomes depend on your use; we do not guarantee specific results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chizgi and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The “Last updated” date on this page will change when we revise them.
